Tucked away in glorious sloping woodland, Damson Hill Cottage is the home of our quirky little company. A space for energising open-air workouts or attending Pilates, Yoga, HIP Pilates, TRX and strength building sessions. For crafting, enjoying a cuppa in our Caravan Cafe or escaping for a fabulous Glamping mini-break with friends. You’ll get to make the most of the great outdoors, whether it be a deck-based exercise class, recuperative sauna session, a walk through the woods or an evening barbecue lit by stars - and you’ll be treated like a friend throughout. We’ve worked hard building a beautifully rustic space around the cottage and our eclectic artistic and joinery skills, combined with our love of vintage treasures has made Damson Hill Cottage a very special place and a haven for tailored health & fitness, creative inspiration & time-out.

We’ve got an idyllic workspace you can work away from home from (with or without workmates) plus there’s the option of building your own retreat day or tailored event.
