Welcome to Lift Lean Lite (5 day plan)
Let’s reboot, energise and cleanse… so we’re all ready for a beautiful summer season ahead!
This intensive health & wellness plan is perfect for giving you a reset and reboot! Brilliant as a refresh if you’ve already completed a Lift Lean Lifestyle 21 day programme, or as a taster if you’re thinking of trying the Lift Lean Lifestyle programme which happen just twice a year - January and September - or just if you could do with switching some of those unhealthy habits to some new beneficial ones!
Over the five day programme, you’ll have access to this ‘Lift Lean Lite’ page of the website, and you will be able to join me on Zoom Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings at 6.30am for your workout (see Zoom link below).
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I will upload a video for you here (scroll down) for you to do, ideally early doors, if not at your convenience. Also on Tuesdays, I run an in person class here at Damson, The Strength Circuit, at 6.15 - 7am, would you like to join us for free? If so, let me know, it will be a complementary class. Once the plan begins, I’ll also add the workout videos to this page so you can do them again later if you like (or catch up on any you miss). If you have any questions at all, or issues accessing any of the tools and videos, just give me a call 0N 07779 600523 and I’ll resolve it asap.
This year I’m also going to give you a daily plank challenge to do too! At anytime of day, at the end of the workout, or maybe some other time before the day ends. I will share these on your WhatsApp group for ease.
The other important thing you’ll need in advance of the programme start date is The Lift Lean Lite Handbook (see below). This includes recipes and shopping lists and you can download and browse online (or print out if you like).

Your Essential ‘Lift Lean Lite’ Handbook
Your Handbook is the essential guide to the Lift Lean Lite programme. It clarifies exactly what it’s all about, what you can hope to achieve, and what you’ll need to take part.
