Here’s how it works… You now have exclusive access to a whole range of fantastic fitness videos so you can incorporate as many as you like into your lifestyle - whenever you like. There are high impact workouts for when you’ve got energy to burn (or you feel the need to re-energise). There are some classic Pilates workouts so you can hone your technique or incorporate a little more Pilates into your life. We’ve also got strength training on a Wednedsday using dumbbells, and progressively getting heavier as you get stronger. Friday we have weighted High Intensity Power Pilates for the extra kick from the classical repertoire on a Monday. There are also plenty of quick and simple target specific workouts, like core or arm focussed routines, which work as stand alone workouts or which can be combined with others for whole body fitness.
