There will be live Zoom workouts for you to do with me on the following times:

MONDAYS 6.30am PILATES | WEDNESDAYS 6.30am STRENGTH (DUMBBELLS & BANDS) | FRIDAYS 6.30am HIPP (high intensity Power pilates) WITH LIGHTER DUMBBELLS.

All of these videos are recorded and uploaded to this page later on the same day.

Then on a Tuesday & Thursday there will be pre-recorded workout videos uploaded here for you to do (try and do it early like 6.30am)
