Our Privacy Policy

I currently keep records that include your general contact details, medical history and health conditions, next of kin and brief notes from sessions. When you provide me with personal information such as your PARQ (physical activity readiness questionnaire or Health Questionnaire) you imply that you consent to our collecting this personal information and using it for that specific reason only. Insurance requires me to keep these records for a minimum period of 7 years. These records are stored in an online system and in filing cabinets in my office.

I use a third party, secure system to collect and hold your data for our mailing list. If you choose to opt in at our website we will contact you via email, with relevant DHC news or class information.

I often personally email or text clients with class information. For example, if a class is cancelled, if a client has forgotten something, I respond to messages about clients wanting to come to a different class that week and so forth.

I do not (and won't) ever share your information with anyone else.

Our emails always include an 'unsubscribe' button which you can use at any time to remove yourself from our mailing list.

Our website uses some necessary cookies because they allow visitors to navigate and use key features on the site. It also uses some Analytics and Performance cookies to collect information about how visitors interact with the site.
