Pilates Sculpt today is mixed with hiit training too, we after a short all fours session you will come to standing for a 60s cardio exercise, then back to the mat for supine (on your back) followed by 60s cardio, finally prone (on your tummy) with a tiny bit of side then a finisher of 60s cardio again.
A nice little class with a bit of a twist, low or higher impact 60s cardio blast every now and then....
You will need a pair of light weights for this but don't worry if you don't have any, can be done without. 2 x cans or 1 - 1.5kg weights if you have any.
Just a little low intensity intervals at the end! And some weights at the beginning.
