The Library
Following the success of our ‘Lockdown Library’ - we’re continuing to offer a brilliant selection of online workouts so you can tone up, re-energise, wind down and sweat it out in the comfort of your own home. As before, it’s a monthly ongoing subscription (now just £25 per month) and there are lots of additional extras too.
The Damson Hill Cottage Library is great if you’d rather work out at home, but it’s also a fantastic supplement to your studio classes, gym regime or other workouts. There are fitness videos to suit all abilities and preferences (including Pilates, HIP Pilates, HIIT plus new videos are being added all the time) and in varying lengths too, so you’ll always be able to find the perfect workout, whenever you need it.

The NEW, improved library gives you ongoing access to all of Tors' online workouts PLUS:
• THREE weekly LIVE, invigorating workouts all at 6.30am: Pilates on Mondays at 6.30am, a dumbbell workout on Wednesdays (Lift Lean) at 6.30am and HIPP on Fridays (High Intensity Power Pilates with light weights) at 6.30am, all to energise and get you set up for the day ahead as all are recorded and put on the Library workout pages.
