Made with Wild Garlic Foraged from Damson Hill Cottage, this delicious, zingy pesto is a fabulous spring green and made with simply delicious ingredients… There’s no parmesan or pine nuts but lots of fabulous alternatives.

Ingredients: Wild garlic, basil, lemon juice and zest, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, spinach, rocket, parsley and salt.

This pesto does not contain nuts but is made in a kitchen where nuts are sometimes present.
